BHPBIO Confined Space Entrant/Standby
The Confined Space Entrant/Standby course is designed for persons who are required to undertake work in confined spaces on a BHP Billiton Iron Ore site. The course targets the planning and risk assessment processes required for safe entry into designated confined spaces. All persons on a BHP Iron Ore site who are working in or around Confined Spaces must hold this qualification in order to gain the correct understanding of BHP’s permits, policies and procedures.

The Confined Space Permit Holder course is designed to provide the necessary skills, knowledge and authority to supervise a work crew or persons working under an issued permit in confined spaces on a BHP Billiton Iron Ore site. The course targets the processes required to supervise a safe entry and conduction of work within a designated confined space.
BHPBIO Confined Space Permit Issuer
The Confined Space Permit Issuer course is designed to provide the necessary skills, knowledge and authority to issue confined space permits as well as controlling work in and around confined spaces on a BHP Billiton Iron Ore site. The course targets the understanding for the need and the correct use of a confined space permit.

This course provides information on procedural requirements to perform Hot Work on a BHP Billiton WA Iron Ore site.

This course provides information on procedural requirements to supervise Hot Work on a BHP Billiton WA Iron Ore site.
BHPBIO Working at Heights - General Worker
The Working at Heights General Worker course is designed for students who are required to undertake work at heights on a BHP Billiton Iron Ore site. The course targets the planning and risk assessment processes required for safe work at heights. All students on a BHP Iron Ore site who are working at or around heights must hold this qualification in order to gain the correct understanding of BHP’s permits, policies and procedures.
BHPBIO Working at Heights - Supervisor
The course identifies legislative and BHPBIO site requirements for Working at Height, understanding and evaluating risk assessments for working at height tasks, ensure all controls are in accordance with BHPBIO requirements and correctly completing a BHPBIO Working at Height Permit.
